Overview
Camp Then & Now is an engaging three-day coed adventure focused on promoting mental health awareness, designed specifically for campers who are between the ages of 8 and 15 years old. This unique experience combines outdoor activities with educational sessions to foster understanding and discussion around mental health topics in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Campers enjoy our mindfulness walks, yoga, finger painting, basketball, volleyball, archery, movie nights, late night chats, and more. Hosted by experts in the field of mental health and behavioral therapy, our goal is to create a safe and enriching environment for your child to express themselves, discuss life challenges, develop coping strategies, build teamwork, and practice mindfulness all in a group of supportive peers.
