Overview

Camp Winaca HemoVon is a 5-day residential summer camp for children aged 7-17 with bleeding disorders or cancer. Held at Camp Twin Creeks in West Virginia, our camp offers a medically supervised environment for personal growth, self-reliance, and creativity. WVU Medicine provides 24/7 medical care, while camp staff lead various activities. Healthcare students are encouraged to volunteer. Our mission is to empower young cancer and bleeding disorder patients through a supportive camp environment that fosters personal growth and independence.
