Overview
SOCAPA is one of the premier visual and performing arts programs for high school teens, ages 15 to 18, in the world. With year-round intensives and day and residential camps, SOCAPA has a "life-changing" pre-college experience for you. Nowhere else will you find this level of creative intensity combined with this much fun!
Classes and activities often extend into iconic parks and neighborhoods, while field trips to museums, galleries, and studios further enrich the pre-college experience. All residential students enjoy organized evening and weekend activities that embrace the vibrant energy of the city and take full advantage of its exciting summer offerings. From Coney Island to Times Square to Broadway shows, residential students experience many of NYCs most iconic destinations, along with traditional summer fun like karaoke nights, talent shows, games, and Q&A sessions with guest speakers.
