Overview
Tranquillity Camp is a traditional 7-week overnight camp for youth ages 7–15, located on a sprawling 1,200-acre property in the Catskill foothills near Earlton, New York. With more than a century of history, the camp fosters a warm, inclusive environment where “everyone makes the team.”
Rooted in Jewish-led values, it emphasizes character growth, lifelong friendships, and experiences away from screens—combining arts, sports, nature, and community to nurture confidence and belonging. Families appreciate the camp’s mix of structured activities and flexible free play that builds independence in a supportive setting.

Stacy Budkofsky, Executive Director
Stacy Budkofsky brings not only her professional expertise but also her deep, personal connection to the camp she’s called home for decades. A Long Island native, Stacy grew up spending her summers at Tranquillity from 1976 to 1991, rising through the ranks to serve as Girls’ Head Counselor. Her ties to camp span three generations—her father, children, and extended family have all been part of Tranquillity’s cherished traditions.
