Overview
Water Wanderings is an experiential overnight summer camp for ages 9-18 focused on ecology, outdoors skills, sustainability, equity and community, and art. The Green River Reservoir is our home and classroom, where campers live in tents, cook on the fire, swim, play and learn together. Each camp is a small, unique group of people and our counselors guide them through community building games and activities and work hard to create a positive group culture where everyone feels seen and appreciated for who they are.

Unique Features
- We welcome campers of all identities and backgrounds – everyone's part of the adventure here.
- Small group sizes with high-quality instruction in paddling, fire building, navigation and other outdoor skills.
- Every day each camper is part of a crew with three other campers and is responsible for helping with group needs such as cooking, fire maintenance and dishes.
- Enjoy a week off the grid. We use tarps for shared spaces , sleep under the stars in tents, and have a composting toilet – a cool, eco-friendly way to do things.
- Paddle, hike, swim, play and learn together, exploring the reservoir and our individual and collective stories about environmental justice, equity and inclusion.
