- Enrollment discount applies to ALL campers
Frequently Asked Questions
What qualifies a camp for a free Pro tier listing?
A camp must be a legally recognized nonprofit organization or, in the absence of one, fulfill certain requirements in order to be eligible for a free listing. Proof of 501(c)(3) status or its equivalent is necessary for nonprofit organizations. The camp must charge no more than $100 per child for enrollment, and adhere to fundamental operational and safety requirements.
What documentation do we need to verify our camp’s eligibility?
Kindly provide a copy of your 501(c)(3) status or a comparable document of nonprofit registration. This can include supporting paperwork from the IRS determination letter. This can be sent to us by email at nocost@sleepawayz.com
Can an eligible camp ever lose its free Pro tier status?
Yes, a camp can lose its free Pro listing status if it no longer fits the requirements (for example, if the registration cost goes beyond $100 or if its nonprofit status changes). Periodically, we check listings to make sure they still satisfy the requirements.
We are free/low-cost for SOME campers, do we still qualify?
Any general population camps where MOST campers pay regular tuition great than $100 per child typically do not qualify.
We are an organization with multiple camps, do we still qualify?
