Situated in Minocqua, Wisconsin on beautiful Tomahawk Lake with miles of forest pathways and a private island, Clearwater is an ideal setting for you to experience the freedom you have to be yourself. We are guided by our mission to foster confidence, courage, compassion, and community four points on Clearwaters compass by providing a traditional sleep-away camp experience for girls.

- Clearwater Camp is one of the oldest and most beloved girls’ camps in the Midwest, founded in 1933 and steeped in rich history.
- We have an outstanding tripping program where each camper gets to go on a canoeing or hiking trip which are led by our counselors
- Exceptional waterfront activities led by skilled instructors including sailing, canoeing, paddelboarding, swimming, and more.
- Our progressive structure encourages independence and responsibility, and a community that foster friendship and a sense of belonging for all.
- From horseback riding, archery, and tennis, to arts & crafts, drama, outdoor skills, and council rings, girls get the classic sleepaway experience.

Kat, Executive Director
Clearwater has been a part of Kat's life since 1996. She was a camper for seven years, a leadership, and a counselor for four summers, Associate Director, Camp Director, and now Executive Director. She plays a key role in the success of camp, and we know that she will be an excellent Executive Director, following in the footsteps of many strong, confident women who came before her over the past 90+ years.
